🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy
All items sold on SasteKTMParts.in are on sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than the exception mentioned below.

⚠️ Exception – Faulty Product on Arrival
If the product is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
In such cases, we will try our best to offer a practical solution such as replacement (if available) or partial compensation.

📦 Unboxing Video Requirement
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This helps in verifying any claim of damage or fault.

💰 Additional Terms

• Platform/service fees are non-refundable.

• In case of order cancellation (before dispatch), a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from the product value.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
