* Contact customer service to get a return authorization (RA) number.
* Package the product securely.
* Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
* Ship the product to the address provided by customer service.
3. DO I NEED TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE?
Yes. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
4. WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

* Provide photos of the damage.
